Urban Core is a principal contracting firm that specialises in all aspects of construction.
From minor renovations to full scale new builds, we do it all.
UC has carried out a multitude of projects ranging from residential, retail, hospitality and commercial renovations, fit outs and new builds.
The management team at UC has many years of combined experience handling construction projects & related project management elements.
To ensure a complete services package, UC provides M&E, structural, architectural and interior design services and procurement, project management and tendering services.
At Urban Core we focus on a high standard of delivery, healthy communications with clients and suppliers and attention to budget and time frame.

Lianne
Design Director & Project Manager
An architect with 15 years of experience designing throughout prime central London and internationally with notable projects including One Hyde Park. Lianne has had a multifaceted career including project architect, interior design, project management, and high level management of design & procurement teams.
Yoav
Director of Operations
Yoav began his work in the family construction business in 2003, managing construction sites & suppliers and ensuring quality delivery. Yoav is also a civil engineer.
Eli
Managing Director
Eli first took a management position in 2000, by 2008 was director of operations for a retail company and by 2014 started running his own construction companies.
