This property was flooded up to knee high with water. We had to strip and remove, then supply and fit the timber floors, kitchen units and appliances and all fitted joinery. The render on the walls needed to be hacked away and re applied and the whole property redecorated. All the old electrical wiring was replaced as it was run in the sub floor. New sockets, switches & heaters were fitted.
