This property is a listed building, within a conservation area. Urban Core produced a number of design options for the client and then carried out a complete re fitting of two bathrooms and a kitchen, together with full decoration and painting of the inside and outside of the building. Urban Core also carried out a full m&e survey and associated works and certification.
