This project consisted of a complete project management and build package. UC Property maintained communications with the building management and their assigned surveyors, with the building regulations inspector and with the clients design team.
Works on site included a complete gutting of a 2 bedroom, 75sqm flat, in an up market mansion block. New kitchen, bathroom, floor finishes and bespoke carpentry were sourced and installed. New plumbing & electrical wiring throughout were fitted and the whole property was decorated to a high standard.

Client Testimonial

“I recently used UC services for the complete refurbishment of a 2 bedroom flat in Bloomsbury. We took everything back to the brickwork and started all over again – rewiring, new plumbing, new kitchen and bathroom, fitted wardrobes etc.

The work was done to a high standard. Eli has good attention to detail and takes pride in the finishes. If there is any snagging to be done Eli will point it out before you can. He is not the type to ‘disappear’ when the job has been completed – I have found him to be available at all times after the job had finished in case we needed him for little matters back on site.

In short I would recommend his services as reliable people in this type of trade are hard to find. Eli is not only reliable but efficient, professional and honest.”

H.K. WC1H

“I was appointed architect to a project in Bloomsbury. The project involved a complete gutting and refurbishing of a 2 bed flat in a fancy mansion block.
Urban Core were picked to carry out the work after we carried out a tender.
I was pleased with the way the site was managed and the care UC showed towards the building and it’s other residents.
The overall work was done to a very good standard, with UC contributing to some of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom joinery design and m&e elements.

All in all, join well and a very professional team and attitude.
I would definitely recommend working with the UC group.”
